capucino Mousse
For those of you who like the typical Italian beverage Capucino, you can try it in a different form, but still in the same sense.

Ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
125 cc of liquid milk
125 cc instant coffee has dissolved
150 gr milk cooking chocolate, melted
200 cc whipping cream
40 gr of white gelatin, dissolved in hot water
60 cc of hot water to dissolve the gelatin
3 egg whites and yolks separated
How to prepare:
1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add liquid milk
2. Transfer to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiling
3. Turn off heat, let sit for a while until the steam is lost.
4. Then add instant coffee, cooking chocolate, gelatin that has been dissolved in hot water and whipping cream, stirring until well blended.
5. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then insert it into the milk mixture, coffee and chocolate, stirring gently until all blended.
6. Pour into bowls or cups, dingingkan until stiff and ready to serve.
7. Garnish with shaved chocolate
