Bored with processed chicken-that's it? Clovers, must try this one menu, Chicken Garlic Sauce! It was, hmmm... delicate pieces of chicken mixed with onion gravy flavored spray tempting. Plus full cream milk in the dairy makes this menu is not only delicious but also healthy.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast without skin and bones
1 tablespoon butter
50 grams onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon of full cream milk
100 ml of water

  Seasoning, mix together:
1 tablespoon Seasoning
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
½ teaspoon black pepper

  Complement:
100 grams of sweet peas, clean, blansir
5 cherry tomatoes, halved

How to prepare:

1. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 parts. At-bat at the meat until slightly flattened.
2. Stir the chicken breasts with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 20 minutes.
3. Heat the butter and saute onions until browned and wilted.
4. Enter the chicken breasts, turning until both sides cooked.

Tips:
